Model “A” Fabric was created by Karen Wiley in 2009. Her husband David Wiley has been an avid Model “A” collector and hobbyist for several years. After joining a local club and becoming the president, Karen decided she wanted to create something unique that would appeal to all those who love these early era Ford’s. The result was this exclusive Model “A” fabric. The creation of this fabric has truly been a labor of love. Because Ford Motor Company needed to approve the use of the Ford name several calls and a persistent manner was necessary before it could be sold. With sales now spanning the globe, Karen is beginning ideas on the next unique fabric design.
Karen and David are the proud owners of Frank (29′ Phaeton) and Walter (31′ Slant Windshield). Walter is the newest addition to the family having been completely restored from the ground up. Karen and David are members of the Lakes Region Model A Club in Melvin Village, New Hampshire where club members vehicles were the inspiration for this fabric.
